“Naming the Demon: Apologetics in the Rabbit Hole” with guest presenter Rev. Peter M. Burfeind will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church located at 800 S. Military Road, Dearborn, MI. The 2-part presentation begins at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Burfeind is he author of the highly commended Gnostic America, A Reading of Contemporary American Culture & Religion. If will clearly identify the pervasive, ever-growing danger of Gnosticism in modern culture and how it robs Christians of salvation, to provide an attractive alternative “secret knowledge,” a path to (flesh) “being god” instead of knowing God.
